Job summary

Just Jeans is seeking an Assistant Manager to work alongside the Store Manager, delivering exceptional service and driving sales. This 38 hours per week fixed term role focuses on coaching, developing and providing feedback to the team.

You will lead in a fast-paced denim environment, motivate staff, maintain brand standards and help achieve sales, KPI and stock loss targets while benefiting from training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience, preferably in retail.
• Ability to lead and coach a team to deliver sales and customer service.
• Ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This exciting 38 hours per week, Fixed Term role is for someone who loves the kaleidoscope of denim. As our Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Store Manager to maximise sales opportunities through coaching, developing and providing feedback to your team.
