Nando’s New Zealand is seeking a dynamic shift leader to run a beautiful, welcoming restaurant and inspire a legends-ready team. You’ll guide service, manage the floor, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile, while modeling the Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family values that define our brand.

In this leadership role you’ll receive a 6-week onboarding program, regular Assistant Manager meetups, ongoing support, and clear pathways to growth into Restaurant Management or Restaurant

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in Australia or New Zealand and 18+ for supervision.
• Hold liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation as required by local law.
• Experience leading a restaurant or team in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
