• Hands-on nursery role with leadership potential.
• Assist Nursery Manager with propagation, nursery systems, planning, organisation, plant quality and team coordination.
• Experience in growing, nursery work, farming, horticulture, landscaping, trades or other practical field is valuable.
• Attitude, reliability, practical ability, attention to detail and a desire to contribute to a high-performing team.
