Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort has been completely refurbished, unveiling a brand-new upscale dining and bar experience with panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu.

We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Bar Manager to help lead our team and deliver premium guest experiences.

About the Venue

  • Newly refurbished, upscale hotel F&B operation.
  • Curated wine cellar of New Zealand’s finest wines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily bar operations with a focus on premium guest experiences.
  • Support the Bar Manager in training, mentoring, and motivating the team.
  • Oversee stock control, beverage ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of a dynamic cocktail and beverage offering.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety standards.
  • Work closely with the wider F&B team to deliver seamless, memorable dining experiences.
