Job summary

Qualifications

• NZ citizen or resident and at least 3 years full-time Asphalt Plant Operation work experience.
• Valid Class 2 driver license.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 machinery and a range of asphalt plant equipment.
• Work closely with the Foreman and Leading Hand to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitor mat quality during paving and maintain correct levels and falls.
• Assist with plant operations and manual tasks on site as required.
• Coordinate with truck drivers and ground crew to ensure a steady supply of asphalt.
