Qualifications

• Prior leadership/management experience developing others.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with youth.
• Aptitude for working with diverse groups (age, culture, background).
• Ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to build strong internal/external relationships.
• Customer-focused with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Youth Manager to meet the Youth Business Plan requirements.
• Support divisions to deliver high-quality programmes aligned with the national curriculum.
• Promote the youth programme to increase youth and adult membership.
• Support and manage Divisional recruitment through events and recruitment processes.
• Provide ongoing support and mentoring to Divisions.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure divisions operate within guidelines.
• Organise and actively participate in District/Regional youth events and activities.
