Health New Zealand – Te Tai Tokerau in Whangārei, Northland, New Zealand, seeks an Anatomical Pathologist for a permanent, full-time role (1.0 FTE).

The team provides a comprehensive Anatomical Pathology service across a broad case mix, including dermatopathology, GIT, urogenital, head & neck, and breast pathology, with occasional frozen sections. Applicants should be MCNZ-registered or eligible; FRCPA or equivalent is preferred. Coroner autopsies may be offered for development.

Formación

• Must have or be eligible for specialist MCNZ registration in Pathology.
• Fellowship/FRCPA or equivalent is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide laboratory and consultative services in Anatomical Pathology.
• Handle a diverse caseload including general pathology, dermatopathology, GIT, urogenital, head and neck and breast pathology.
• Occasional frozen sections; potential coronial autopsies as part of career development.
