Job summary

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an experienced Anatomic Pathologist to join the Mt Wellington team in Auckland. The role involves handling a large volume of skin, GI, breast, head and neck, gynecologic and urological pathology cases, with on-call duties uncommon and hours between 40 and 50 per week to be negotiated with the Clinical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose histology specimens across subspecialties (dermatopathology, GI, gynecologic, breast, head/neck, urinary).
• Work as part of the Anatomic Pathology Service (APS) team at Mt Wellington, Auckland.
• Participate in continual training and possible dermatopathology certification prep.
