Fisher Windows, a long-standing NZ brand, seeks a hands-on CNC operator to produce precision aluminium components and assemble windows/doors. You will read drawings, ensure high workmanship, and collaborate with the team to meet tight production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in aluminium joinery, CNC operation, or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a willingness to learn.
• Keen eye for detail and pride in producing quality workmanship.
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee CNC machinery to produce precision components.
• Assemble aluminium windows and doors to a high standard.
• Read and interpret production drawings and specifications.
• Work collaboratively with the wider manufacturing team to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
