Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Export Coordinator to join our team. You will collaborate with Export specialists, manage the export workflow from initial customer interactions to departure, and maintain strong relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.

You will input data into Cargowise One, perform invoice cost calculations, and drive improvements in export processes. This role requires a hands-on approach and strong teamwork to support the Senior Team Lead and Department

Qualifications

• Air export industry knowledge.
• Cargowise One knowledge and experience.
• Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an export team to ensure high-quality service.
• Manage export workflow from initial customer contact to departure.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and overseas colleagues.
• Resolve export issues with stakeholders and team members.
• Input data into Cargowise One accurately and promptly.
• Calculate invoice costs and related financials.
• Implement and monitor export process improvements.
• Support the Senior Team Lead and Department Manager with daily tasks.
