Job summary

Fusion5 in Wellington, NZ, seeks an AI Transformation Consultant to shape and deliver Generative and Agentic AI solutions. You will lead customer engagements from discovery through deployment, leveraging Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure AI to drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting, solution delivery or enterprise technology implementation.
• Proven experience delivering production‑grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong capability across Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry.
• Experience in customer‑facing consulting or professional services environments.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and solution‑shaping skills.
• A strong understanding of security, governance and enterprise delivery frameworks.

We're looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant to join our growing Transformation and Strategy practice. What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in designing, delivering and optimising AI-powered solutions that create tangible business value. Working closely with customers and cross‑functional teams, you’ll:

• Design and deliver Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform and Azure AI technologies.


• Lead AI engagements from discovery and solution architecture through to deployment and adoption.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in consulting, solution delivery or enterprise technology implementation.
