Job summary

JAVLN is seeking a Technical Product Owner to join our AI Value Pod, blending technical business analysis with product ownership. You’ll work with a Product Manager, Senior Software Engineer and AI agents to ship features on JAVLN Officetech, where agents write code, tests and documentation while humans provide direction.

The role emphasizes AI fluency, precise requirements, clear backlogs, and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as Product Owner or equivalent.
• Strong business analysis skills covering requirements elicitation and user-story mapping.
• Technical fluency with APIs, data modelling, and SQL.
• Experience with agentic AI tools (Claude, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Own detailed analysis translating requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Represent the customer within the pod to ensure real value.
• Capture high-level technical elements and API contracts.
• Define acceptance criteria and design AI test scenarios.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog with the PM.
• Define KPIs to measure feature success.
