Qualifications

• Years of experience in high-volume data entry, data processing, database management, or records administration.
• Proven accuracy with large datasets and ability to spot inconsistencies, duplicates, and formatting errors.
• High typing speed and ability to process structured and unstructured data quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Familiarity with data formats, validation rules, and identifying AI output errors.
• Solid written English skills suitable for assessing AI-generated text.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus for evaluating cross-language datasets.
• Must have a PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI data outputs for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency.
• Create realistic data entry scenarios and edge cases to test how AI handles messy inputs and ambiguous fields.
• Audit AI-generated datasets for errors in categorisation, labelling, or field mapping against data quality rubrics.
• Annotate and label data samples to help AI models learn correct data structures and validation rules.
• Quality assurance: compare AI outputs to established data entry standards to ensure professional accuracy.
