Job summary

Tribe Recruitment in Auckland is seeking a talented AI/automation engineer to join a growing Digital team. You will design and deliver AI-enabled workflows, integrations and internal tools, focusing on scalable, maintainable solutions and real business outcomes.

This role offers NZD 120k base salary, Auckland-based with a preference for 3 days in the office, and the chance to build reusable capability across the organization while working closely with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering AI/automation in production.
• Strong Microsoft ecosystem skills: Azure, Fabric, Power Platform.
• Engineering capability with .NET/SQL and scripting (e.g., Python/PowerShell).
• Integration mindset: APIs, workflow automation, maintainable design patterns.
• Confident communicator who can work across technical + non-technical teams.
