Job summary

Crescent Consulting is seeking an AI Developer focused on .NET to join our Canterbury-based tech team. The role centers on building AI agents and integrating them into real-world products within a Microsoft stack, including .NET and Azure.

You will collaborate across design, development, and business stakeholders to move AI ideas from prototype to production, ensuring robust engineering practices and measurable improvements to user workflows.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience building AI or LLM-based applications.
• Experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Familiar with OpenAI, Anthropic or similar models.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs and enterprise systems.
• Strong C#/.NET development skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-enabled solutions with focus on agent-based systems.
• Develop AI-powered features within existing and new digital products.
• Work with LLMs and apply them to real business problems.
• Integrate AI models with .NET applications and data sources.
• Establish engineering practices around AI development, testing and deployment.
