Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Wellington, seeks an experienced Advisor to lead policy projects in the Money Group. You will provide high‑quality analysis and strategic advice, engaging with government and industry stakeholders to advance payments modernisation and cash access.
The role requires 7+ years in public policy or financial services, a relevant tertiary qualification, and proven leadership capabilities.

The Advisor in the Money and Cash Policy teams plays a senior role in developing and delivering policy that supports efficient, innovative, and inclusive money and payments system for New Zealand. As Advisor, you will lead policy projects, provide high‑quality analysis and advice, and engage with stakeholders across government and industry. Current key team policy priorities include payments modernisation, cash access, and the future of money.
