We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team as an Administrator Allied Health in the Physiotherapy Outpatient Department at Waikato Hospital, working on a casual basis. In this role, you will work closely with other administration staff, physiotherapists, and healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth coordination of outpatient appointments.
Liaising with patients and whānau to schedule appointments that suit their needs
Full training will be provided.
The salary for this position will be based on experience and in line with the PSA National Health Administration Workers Collective Agreement.
The Physiotherapy service has over 100 staff including Physiotherapists, assistants and administrators that work across the large geographical area that is Waikato region. We have staff based at Waikato Hospital and at our other rural hospitals: Thames, Te Kuiti, Tokoroa and Taumarunui. We also have staff located at our many community bases throughout the Waikato District.
