Job summary

The Warehouse Auckland is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to support banking reconciliation, data integrity and customer service on the shop floor.

You will handle cash office tasks, balance tills, and use Word, Excel and Outlook daily in a friendly, team environment with morning shifts.

Qualifications

• Cash office experience with money handling and tills balancing.
• Excellent numeric skills are essential for the role.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook is required.

Job Description

Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.

This position is predominantly an administrative role, involving banking reconciliation, maintaining database accuracy and integrity, aswell as assisting customers on the shop floor.

Hours Of Work

• Tuesday - 7am - 1:30pm
• Wednesday - 7am - 1:30pm
• Thursday - 7am - 1:30pm
• Friday - 7am - 1:30pm
• Saturday - 7am - 10am

Note for this role you must have right to work in New Zealand.

Qualifications

He kōrero mōu ake - About you

You Will Have

• Experience in a cash office role before; handling and processing money and balancing tills
• Excellent numeric skills is a must
• A working understanding of Word/Excel and Outlook
