Recruitment Studio in East Tamaki, Auckland, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional for an ongoing temporary assignment. You will take ownership of AP processing using Xero, handling high volumes and collaborating with the Accounts Manager.

Expect roughly 250 invoices per week, great attention to detail, and immediate availability. The role offers an on-site Highbrook office with parking and a supportive, friendly team culture.

• Available to start immediately for an ongoing assignment.

Responsibilities

• Process approximately 250 invoices per week.
• Work alongside the Accounts Manager to ensure accuracy.
• Identify and correct discrepancies in the AP ledger.

The Role

This temporary assignment will take ownership of the accounts payable processing for this business, working alongside the Accounts Manager. You need to be experienced in using Xero software for AP as this is the system they use.

• This is a high volume processing role, approximately 250 invoices a week to input & process
• You need to have high attention to detail, accurate inputting skills & recognising any discrepancies & correct them

• Solid AP skills using Xero software
• Be available straight away for this ongoing assignment
