We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established freight forwarding business based near Auckland Airport. They’re a close‑knit team looking for a reliable, detail‑oriented person to join them in a part‑time finance role.

About the role

Working around 30 hours per week, the role primarily focuses on accounts support, along with office coordination, general admin and some light compliance duties.

Key tasks
  • Entering overhead AP invoices into CargoWise
  • Debtor allocations and daily bank reconciliations
  • Preparing weekly and monthly payment batches for processing
  • Assisting with office operations – managing in‑office services, ordering supplies
  • Supporting compliance and health & safety admin
  • Helping the team stay organised and running smoothly
About you
  • Prior AP/AR experience (freight or CargoWise exposure a plus)
  • Detail‑focused with good systems skills – Excel confidence is useful
  • Comfortable working independently and using initiative
  • Keen to grow your skillset over time
