Job summary

Partly is hiring a Repairer Experience Manager in Auckland to own repairer relationships and drive platform adoption across New Zealand. The role is highly operational with focus on onboarding, needs assessment, demos and proposals, and working with cross-functional teams to satisfy customers.

Ideal candidates will have automotive experience, strong relationship management, and ability to manage multiple accounts or sales pipelines, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles within Partly.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive space, esp. with repairers or suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet customer expectations.
• English language proficiency is important (bonus).

This role

Our Repairer Experience Manager owns our repairer relationships and growth on the ground across New Zealand and reports to the NZ Collision Repair Network Manager. This is a highly operational role, but it also involves driving the platform's adoption among repairers and the industry in general. This role is the perfect opportunity for somebody with experience in the automotive space who understands how these businesses work, can build and nurture relationships, and has experience managing multiple accounts or sales pipelines.

What will you do

Create and prioritise onboarding pipelines across a wide range of national and local businesses. Establish and nurture the repairer relationship from the first interaction, assess customer needs and pain points, prepare and deliver presentations and demos, follow up with prospects, assemble proposals, and work together with the broader team to drive adoption. Provide support to increase usage amongst our new existing repairer network. Create cross-team feedback loops to share feedback / solve problems and relay customer feedback to the product team, engineers, and company executives. Work closely with the product team to represent the voice of the customer and industry trends by gathering, summarising and sharing the most pressing issues facing our prospects and customers. Identify ways to provide customers with the information and answers they need before they have to ask the questions. Rapidly learn, grow and develop faster than the business, positioning yourself as a future leader at Partly.

Your skills

• Resilience and a thick skin. Our customer base can be tough, and adoption takes time. You'll face pushback, scepticism, and rejection as part of the job. We have strong internal support and a team that works through challenges together, but this role needs someone who can absorb the hard days, stay motivated, and keep showing up.


• Proven success managing time and juggling multiple accounts whilst exceeding customer expectations.


• Business proficiency in the English language (Bonus)


• Experience with automotive businesses either in a collision repairer aspect or as a supplier to repairers. (Bonus)


• Experience in technology-related Sales, Key Account Management or Business Development within a start-up or fast-growing company. (Bonus)


• Experience in e-commerce customer service within the automotive space. (Bonus)


• Experience working with a diverse range of geographies, cultures and linguistic backgrounds
