A community support organization in Christchurch is seeking a casual support worker for their Women's Emergency Accommodation. The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 certificate in health and wellbeing and experience with individuals facing homelessness. You will provide support, coping strategies, and medication management as part of a dedicated team. This role promises variety and personal satisfaction from making a difference in the community.

This is a casual role which involves working either of the following shifts in our Women's Emergency Accommodation.
Shifts: 4.30pm-12.30am
12.15am-8.30am
The position is part of an integrated team of individuals that work closely together in a residential setting to provide support, coping strategies and medication management for men and women in our accommodation services. The team members are appropriately trained and qualified support workers, supported by clinical staff to provide twenty-four hour, seven days per week support, to meet residents’ individual needs.
