Job summary

BB Motor Group in Rogaland, Time, Norway is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations and ensure high-quality service for our clients.

You will coordinate between workshop and clients, manage quotes, answer technical questions by phone and email, and perform final quality checks on finished jobs.

The role requires a qualified petrol and diesel technician with at least three years in the motor trade, and a proactive, self-sufficient approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified petrol and diesel technician.
• Red seal certification advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Evolve DMS experience would be advantageous.
• Self-sufficient with good time management.
• Minimum 3 years, current motor trade experience needed.
• Sales experience preferred.
