  • Manage a portfolio of B2B clients through outbound calls and consultative selling.
  • Analyze performance, minimize churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Work with CRM tools and AI solutions to optimize outreach and efficiency.
Qualifications
  • C2 Norwegian & C1 English.
  • 20+ months experience in sales, marketing, or client‑facing roles.
  • Comfortable with targets, presentations, and customer engagement.
  • Analytical, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing ecosystems.
  • Interest in AI‑powered workflows (experience is a plus).
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar is a plus — experience counts too.
