Job summary

Gargia Lodge in Alta, Norway, seeks Lodge Service Staff for the winter season (Dec 2026–Apr 2027). 80–100% seasonal position with varied duties across reception, food prep, service and housekeeping.

You will work with our guide teams and activity operations in an authentic Norwegian mountain setting. You should be flexible, ready for mornings/evenings/weekends, bring English proficiency, a valid class B licence, and have your own car.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or tourism is advantageous.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Speak English; a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
• Have a valid class B driving licence and own car.

Responsibilities

• Reception, check-in/check-out, bookings and guest communication
• Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner preparation
• Waiting tables and serving food and beverages
• Housekeeping and preparing guest rooms
• Restocking, organising and other practical lodge tasks
