We are currently seeking a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Alta Norway As a Warehouse Worker you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the receiving storing and distributing of goods and materials within our warehouse This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
• Sort and store materials in designated areas according to organizational standards
• Retrieve goods from inventory as needed for distribution or production
• Prepare orders for shipment by carefully packing items and labeling boxes
• Use forklifts or other equipment to move materials around the warehouse
• Maintain inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies
• Keep warehouse clean and organized at all times
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting preferred
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
• Basic math skills for inventory management
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment forklifts pallet jacks is a plus
• Attention to detail and accuracy
