Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant handyman experience across painting, tiling, plumbing, electrical and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of a variety of hand tools and safety practices
• Non-endorsed driver’s license and good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on sites and around properties
• Paint surfaces and fill holes/cracks; demonstrate expertise in painting
