Adecco Norge AS is seeking a Heat Pump Installer to join our client’s team in Oslo. The role focuses on installing heat pumps, providing basic service and troubleshooting, and servicing private customers on-site.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00

Position: 100% long-term assignment, with a good opportunity for permanent employment

Language: English or Norwegian

Formal education is not the most important factor. We are looking for someone who shows up, takes responsibility and finds practical solutions on site.

• Har gyldig F-gass-sertifikat
• Er praktisk anlagt og teknisk interessert
• Jobber selvstendig og tar ansvar
• Ikke gir deg ved første utfordring
• Møter opp som avtalt og leverer ordentlig arbeid
• Kan kommunisere på norsk eller engelsk

Relevant erfaring med varmepumper, montasje, service eller teknisk arbeid er en fordel, men ikke et krav utover nødvendig sertifisering.

Relevant experience with heat pumps, installation, service or technical work is an advantage, but not a requirement beyond the necessary certification.
