Clark Wood Limited in London is seeking an US & UK Assistant Tax Manager within a boutique private client tax practice. You will manage US/UK personal tax compliance for a cross-border client base and support growth with senior staff.

The role offers flexible working within a respected London firm, with excellent exposure to complex cross-border matters and WHT planning opportunities.

Formación

• 4+ years of tax experience in US/UK Private Client Tax.
• Experience handling High-Net-Worth individuals and private equity execs.
• ATT and EA qualifications.
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess and/or CCH ProSystem for US tax return prep.

Responsabilidades

• Actively manage a portfolio of US/UK private client tax obligations.
• Build and maintain client relationships; identify business development opportunities.
• Review tax returns and technical work by junior staff.
• Communicate potential risks and technical matters to senior colleagues.
• Assist with engagement finance, budgets and delivery performance.
