Job summary

AlSafe Finance Kuwait is seeking a part-time Typesetter to join our publishing team in the United States. You will create layouts for print and digital materials using InDesign and QuarkXPress, format text and images, and ensure accuracy.

You'll collaborate with editors and designers to meet deadlines and stay current with industry trends. A high school diploma is required; a Graphic Design degree is preferred, with strong typography skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of typography principles, font management, spacing, and layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software programs.
• Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position is $1700 per month.
