Job description

Mechanics are responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with in-house and manufacturers' standards. Every worker is working independent and do all work on the car (over/under chassis, diagnostic, mechanical work, and electric work).

Duties to include:

• Preventative maintenance checks
• Engine, Gearbox, Transmission, Drive Train & Clutch work
• Emissions Testing
• Electrical Components (ECUs)
• Associated paperwork and reporting
• A good knowledge and experience of timing belts, cam belts, full servicing and MOT Preparation/repairs & Inspection is required.
• Carry out fault diagnosis
• Indicate to Workshop Controller possible future faults and repair requirements.

Requirements:

• Education in the field of car mechanics, minimum 3 years of higher education (Bachelor degree)
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Documented references from the previous employer
• All documents confirming additional trainings form the previous workplace are welcome
• High voltage /hybrid cars knowledge
• communicative level of English
• With experience on Scania, DAF, Iveco, Volvo, Mercedes truck brands
