Job summary

StarsOfTheShow in Alta, Norway is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for safely transporting goods between locations and ensuring on-time deliveries in a demanding schedule.

This full-time role includes accommodation and on-the-job training. A CDL, English communication, and the ability to work independently are required, with growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• CDL license is required.
• 2+ years driving experience preferred.
• Clean driving record in last 3 years.
• Physically fit; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• English communication essential; Norwegian knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and safe operating condition before, during and after trips.
• Maintain logs of working hours, vehicle maintenance, and fuel usage.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Load and unload cargo using ramps or forklifts.

• Communicate with dispatchers, other drivers, and customers regarding delivery status or issues.

We are in need of a reliable and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Alta Norway As a Truck Driver you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods from one location to another This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes accommodation

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials
• Inspect vehicles for defects and safe operating condition before during and after trips
• Maintain accurate logs of working hours vehicle maintenance and fuel usage
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Load and unload cargo using equipment such as ramps or forklifts
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
• Communicate with dispatchers other drivers and customers regarding delivery status or any issues that may arise

Requirements

• Valid commercial drivers license CDL
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a truck driver preferred but not required
• Clean driving record with no traffic violations or accidents in the past 3 years
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Good communication skills in English knowledge of Norwegian is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
