Job summary

Pro‑Recruitment Group is seeking a Tax Director to lead treasury tax and corporate tax advisory within a leading Big 4 environment in London. The role focuses on financing, M&A, cross-border projects and developing the Treasury Tax practice with senior stakeholders across the UK.

You will be a CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent, with senior-level tax experience, strong technical expertise, and credibility to engage Partners and clients. Flexible UK-based working arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/CA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong Corporate Tax expertise and accounting background.
• Treasury Tax experience including financing structures and derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Advise on loan relationships and related legislation.
• Lead treasury tax and corporate tax advisory engagements.
• Support senior stakeholders across UK and international networks.
• Develop and expand the Treasury Tax service line.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to training.
• Build senior client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
