We have established a brand‑new department to serve our Aftermarket. Would you like to be part of the team that will further develop our training material and courses for our customers? These roles will require excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. We need two new instructors, and it is an advantage if you have either Norwegian or English as your native language. If you are technically curious and want to immerse yourself in our products, that is an advantage. Much of the learning will be for users whose native language is not English. Cultural understanding will be essential to succeed in the role. You will likely thrive if you are able to adapt to different environments and customer needs. It goes without saying that you enjoy traveling and meeting new people.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and revise training material as needed for in‑person and remote training fremd
• Coordinate closely with project management team and managed service providers
• Other appropriate task required by the Line Manager

We believe you will succeed if you have

• Education/certification in technical maritime subjects and/or didactics
• Experience in both developing and delivering training
• Professional Microsoft Office user

Your first months with us:

Month 1‑3

• You will have a buddy/mentor
• Onboarding program, - get to know our company and products
• Learning about our systems and customer needs
• Get to know our basic course and training material

Month 3‑6

• Still have your buddy/mentor
• Developing your first courses with guidance from your mentor
• Holds courses with guidance

Month 6+

• You are now independently improving and/or developing courses and training material based on project and customer needs
• Holds courses independently
