ROSEN Norway AS is a technology company that uses in‑house developed ultrasonic equipment for inspection of pipelines both on land and offshore, in Norway and internationally. Other equipment is offered and operated in collaboration and on behalf of international partners. ROSEN Norway AS is located in new attractive premises by the sea in Gravdal, approximately 10 minutes from Bergen city center. What you can expect

Due to continuous operational growth, we are looking for a qualified full‑time technical draughtsman to join our tethered inspection team here in Bergen.

We are looking for a positive and structured technical draughtsman to join our engineering team. Together with our engineers, you will be responsible for preparing technical drawings and models that form the basis for production and design. The role will also involve close collaboration with the operations team.

Interested candidates do not necessarily need work experience in pipe inspection, but should have a strong interest and ability to work with technical drawings.

• Prepare and update technical drawings in SolidWorks in collaboration with engineers
• Support the administration of CAD files in our PDM system
• Collaborate with engineers and project teams to solve technical challenges
• Assist with drawings and illustrations to support sales and operations

What you will bring

• Vocational certificate or relevant education in technical drawing, construction or equivalent
• Experience with CAD programmes (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor)
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and tight deadlines
• Accurate and structured working methods
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a busy, customer service‑oriented environment
