Indunor AS is seeking a Team Leader / Skilled Installer for projects in the Greater Oslo area. You will work on installing glass walls, ceilings and system walls as part of a small team, with potential leadership responsibilities for experienced candidates.

We value several years of construction experience, practical skills with glass/ceilings/carpentry, and the ability to read drawings. A Class B driving licence is required for this permanent full-time role.

Team Leaders & Skilled Installers – Greater Oslo

Indunor is growing, and we are looking for more skilled people to join our teams in the Greater Oslo area.

We are especially looking for experienced Team Leaders, but we also want to hear from skilled installers with good experience.

We work with:

System walls

Carpentry and interior work

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will work on construction projects together with a small team.

For experienced candidates, the role can include responsibility for leading the team and organizing the daily work.

Typical tasks:

Installation work on site

Read and understand drawings

Plan the daily work

Make sure the work has good quality

Keep good progress

Communicate with the Project Manager and site management

Solve practical problems on site

As a Team Leader, you will work together with your team – you lead from the front.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for people who are skilled, reliable and take responsibility.

You should have:

• Several years of relevant construction experience
• Good practical skills
• Experience with glass, ceilings, system walls or carpentry
• Ability to read drawings
• Ability to work independently
• Good understanding of quality and progress
• Driving licence (Class B)
• For Team Leader positions, experience with leading and organizing other installers is important.

Experience and skills are more important to us than certificates.
