Job summary

kta naval systems seeks system engineers to drive the design and development of the ORCCA combat system for submarines. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to shape system architecture and interfaces.

The role involves supporting subsystem specifications, follow-up with external partners, and assisting with integration, testing, verification and validation activities in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Systems Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.
• Interest in complex, interdisciplinary systems.
• Fluent English; Norwegian or German depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of the ORCCA combat system.
• Coordinate technical topics with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to system architecture and interface definitions.
• Support the specification and follow-up of subsystems from external partners.
• Assist with system integration, testing, verification and validation activities.
