Job summary

Ikm Gruppen AS seeks a skilled project engineer to drive multidisciplinary collaboration across electrical, automation, telecom, HVAC and safety system integration for existing facilities and new modules in Hammerfest and Asker, Norway. You will ensure proper sequencing for testing, checkout and final handover, and define an overall strategy with Commissioning and Operations.

The role requires a technical Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least 5 years of relevant experience, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, technical college diploma, or extensive relevant experience.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Valid Basic EX course certificate.
Valid FSE course certificate (High and low voltage with first aid).
Valid AT / SJA (Work Permit / Safe Job Analysis) certification.

Responsibilities

Ensure multidisciplinary collaboration for planning, methodology, construction, engineering, and supplier deliveries.
Manage the interface for Electrical, Automation, Telecom, HVAC, and Safety system integration with existing facilities and new modules.
Ensure work is performed in the correct sequence for testing and checkout before final handover.
Establish an overall strategy and implementation plan in close cooperation with Commissioning and Operations.
Ensure deliveries are executed according to the plan, involving the right stakeholders at the right time.
Coordinate among all stakeholders involved in the project.
