Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Library Science or related field.
• Experience working in a library setting preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of electronic databases, search strategies, information literacy principles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize library resources, including books, journals, electronic databases, and other materials.
• Assist library patrons with finding information and using library resources.
• Provide instruction on how to use library resources effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with faculty and students to support their research needs.
• Collaborate with other librarians to plan and implement programs and services that meet the needs of the community.
