Job summary

Ecojob in Svalbard is seeking a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team. You will pour, smooth, and level concrete on various construction projects, working with trowels, shovels, and power saws.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Concrete Worker in a construction setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
• Knowledge of different types of concrete and their properties.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mark surfaces to be concreted.
• Prepare and pour concrete using various techniques.
• Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand tools or power equipment.
• Create joints and edges using appropriate tools.
• Monitor the curing process of the concrete.
• Adhere to safety standards at all times.
