Job summary

Prestige Talent is seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our Alta, Norway team. You will conduct land and property surveys to determine boundaries and elevations, working with engineers and construction teams to ensure precise measurements for planning.

Qualifications

We are currently searching for a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Alta Norway. As a Surveyor you will be responsible for conducting land and property surveys to determine boundaries, elevations, and other features. You will work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise measurements for project planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using various tools such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
• Interpret survey data to create detailed maps and drawings
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate surveying for project planning
• Conduct research on property records and historical data to determine property boundaries
• Prepare reports and documentation of survey findings
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is calibrated and functioning properly

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and techniques
• Proficiency in using GPS, total stations, laser scanners, and other surveying tools
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
