Job summary

AlSaree AutoTechnics in Os, Norway is seeking a skilled Finisher to join our factory team. This full-time role welcomes applicants with or without prior experience and offers on-the-job training.

You will apply finishing materials, smooth surfaces, mix colors, and ensure quality while following safety protocols. English communication is required; Norwegian a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials used in the field.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Attention to detail with an eye for perfectionism.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong communication skills in English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
• Must be eligible to work in Norway without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Apply finishing materials such as paint, varnish or lacquer to surfaces using brushes, rollers or spray guns.
• Smooth and sand rough edges and surfaces using hand or power tools.
• Inspect finished products for imperfections and make necessary touch-ups.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working with hazardous materials.
• Maintain clean and organized work area at all times.
