Alva is scaling production and needs a Supply Chain Manager who can secure a reliable flow of critical components, strengthen supplier performance, and build supply chain capability for future volume.

You will own the supply chain strategy, stay close to operational follow up, and make sure production can focus on building. We are moving into a phase with more customers and higher volume. A predictable supply chain is essential for us to deliver on our growth plans.

In this role you will,

• Lead and develop the Supply Chain function
• Ensure reliable delivery and availability of key components
• Improve supplier performance and manage commercial terms
• Identify and mitigate supply risk including alternative sourcing
• Strengthen ERP data and supply chain routines
• Own procurement priorities and daily follow up where needed

Who you are,

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Supply chain experience from a manufacturing or production environment
• Lead and coach the supply chain team, ensuring clear priorities and strong collaboration
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear priorities and decisions
• Practical, structured and hands on when required
• Confident in supplier dialogue and negotiation
• Comfortable balancing daily detail with long term planning
• Knowledge of ERP and incoterms
