Job summary

Equinor invites students to join the summer internship in Norway, with placements in Oslo, Stavanger, and Sandsli. You’ll gain hands-on experience across finance and trading disciplines while exploring Equinor’s broader operations in oil, gas, renewables and low‑carbon solutions.

As a bachelor’s/master’s/PhD candidate, you’ll work on real projects, learn from industry experts, participate in learning sessions, and develop professionally within a globally oriented energy company.

Qualifications

• You are currently studying for a bachelor’s, master’s or Ph.D. and you have a good academic record.
• You have at least one year of higher education left after the internship ends.
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work are an advantage.
• You have no more than two years of relevant full-time work experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on real tasks and projects with your team during the internship.
• Learn from industry experts within your field of study.
• Participate in learning sessions covering Equinor’s business areas and energy markets.
• Engage in development sessions to support your personal growth and career development.
