Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in C&I building projects, electrical design or project management.
• Experience with specification development and client engagement.

• Build and maintain relationships with key specifying entities across Norway.
• Qualify leads and manage a structured pipeline.
• Coordinate project details with Project Sales Engineers, back-office, and PM teams.
• Contribute to standardizing specification processes and document management.
