Job summary

Orkla Snacks is seeking a Solution Architect to shape and enhance our central business applications across O2C, H2R, Marketing & Sales. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions and collaborate with stakeholders, vendors and IT colleagues.

The role focuses on SAP S/4 and SAP SuccessFactors, governance, roadmaps and enabling data-driven decisions. You will report to Head of Business Applications and drive standardization and modernization across the landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP ERP, ideally in FMCG/food & beverage.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4 and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience designing, configuring and maintaining business applications.
• Experience with governance, lifecycle management and roadmaps.
• Ability to translate business needs into system designs and implementations.
• Experience with outsourcing vendors, SaaS platforms and international stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead dialogue with business stakeholders and advise on application capabilities.
• Own and develop roadmaps for O2C, H2R, Marketing & Sales aligned with IT strategy.
• Design scalable, secure architectures to support current and future needs.
• Oversee the application portfolio and governance forums.
• Coordinate vendors and partners, including evaluations and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and risk requirements.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across landscape.
