Höegh Autoliners is a global player in Ro/Ro deep sea transportation services and operates the greenest fleet in this segment. The company owns and operates approx. 40 Pure Car and Truck Carriers (PCTCs) in global trade systems, making over 2500 port calls annually.

About the Role

Are you looking for a role where you can help shape strategy, tackle complex business challenges, and see your ideas move from insight to execution? This position sits at the heart of Höegh Autoliners’ green growth journey, working closely with senior leaders across a global organization to drive high-impact business-shaping initiatives.

As Strategic Projects Manager, you will be part of the Strategy & Analytics function and report to the Head of Corporate Projects. You will play a key role in defining, prioritizing, and executing strategic projects that materially impact business performance and long-term value creation.

You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Projects and the Chief Strategy, Digital & People Officer to identify and shape impact opportunities, collaborate with Strategy & Analytics colleagues, and partner with teams across functions and regions to deliver on the company’s most critical priorities.

What You Will Focus On
  • Leading and contributing to high-impact strategic and corporate projects, from problem definition and analysis through to implementation and follow-up
  • Structuring complex problems, driving rigorous analysis, and developing clear, actionable recommendations in cross-functional team settings
  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, momentum, and disciplined execution across teams and geographies
Who We Are Looking For

You thrive in fast-paced, problem-solving environments and enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy and execution. You are curious, structured, and pragmatic—comfortable working with data, engaging stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity.

We are ideally looking for someone with:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably from management consulting, business transformation delivery settings
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • A proven track record of defining, solving, and implementing complex business challenges, ideally including exposure to commercial optimization
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into tangible outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and mobilize individuals, teams and organization across levels and functions
  • Drive, energy and passion to shape and realize full potential of the business, organization, teams and individuals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
