Job summary

A leading power and technology firm in Norway is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals. In this role, you will support two business units, provide strategic HR guidance, and ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws. Ideal candidates have a degree in HR, extensive experience in HR leadership, and strong skills in stakeholder management and strategic planning. The role is based in Drammen and does not offer remote work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in generalist or leadership roles.
• Proficient in spoken and written Norwegian and English.
