Store Manager – Stavanger

WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED STORE MANAGER TO LEAD OUR BEAUTIFUL STORE IN STAVANGER, NORWAY!

You will be an ambassador for GANNI. You will work within our beautifully curated stores. The GANNI culture is based on a learning and results-driven mentality. Where everyone is united by a common purpose.

You will run a business that is based on an omnichannel/omnicommerce mentality where missing a sale is not an option. You have a result-oriented mindset and you will drive footfall through a digital client outreach program as an integral part of daily business. Through online booking services and in-store events, you and your team will build and foster the GANNI community.

You will lead and support your team to always deliver service that is seamless, efficient and dedicated to the client’s needs. You will be managing, motivating and leading your store team to achieve KPI targets and you will create a culture within your team that is authentic, optimistic and driven by results and the opportunity to learn.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve budgets and KPI targets set by the Area Manager
  • Analyse performance and take relevant actions on areas of improvement, in order to develop business growth
  • Diligently following up on action plans put in place
  • Aligning business priorities and action plans together with the Area Manager
  • Setting daily, weekly and monthly expectations of store results and individual team performances and following up persistently
  • Organise and provide effective training and workshops with the team using tools provided by the Area Manager and the Training team
  • Deliver Weekly and Monthly reporting to deadlines set by the Area Manager
  • Planning store schedules productively, and following up regularly on salary spending
Team Management
  • Leading by example the team in store by following the GANNI standards and selling procedure
  • Coaching, motivating, inspiring and challenging the team in order to optimise performance
  • Ensuring all team members are fully trained on collections, following the HUB academy guidelines and GANNI values
  • Organising monthly staff meetings
  • Recruitment and onboarding of client advisors
  • Applying disciplinary procedure in a timely manner, where necessary
  • Ensuring GANNI HR policies and procedures are met at all times
  • Ensuring grooming and behavior of staff members is professional and inspirational at all times
  • Execution of yearly PDP and appraisal discussions
Operational
  • Ensure storefront and BOH are presentable, organized and easy to navigate at all time
  • Responsibility for weekly stocktake and shrinkage results
  • Responsibility for all operational and commercial activities, including handling deliveries, RTW, sale implementation, till procedure, returns processing, claims processing, and omnichannel procedures (fx. BOPIS, EA, BOSFS)
  • Organization and implementation of in-store events together with the Marketing team and Area Manager’
  • Ensure all VM guidelines are put in place and follow up regularly on standards with VM management
Professional Qualifications
  • Solid and proven management background with at least 2 years of store management and team-leading experience
  • Strong customer relations and CRM experience.
  • Experience working within a high-end retail brand
  • Sales-driven, results motivated and goal-oriented
  • Experience with leading, motivating and providing excellent sales training to staff members
  • Excellent understanding of performance analysis to help drive the business
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Is fluent in Norwegian and English
