Job summary

eConsulting in Halden seeks an engineer to design and optimize batch configurations to ensure reproducibility and effective penetration of the sterilizing agent.

You will conduct CQV validation and qualification per applicable standards, and monitor clean media systems such as clean steam, water for injection, and nitrogen.

The role is hybrid in Halden with a full-time, B2B setup requiring strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with sterilization and depyrogenation methods (thermal, gas, chemical, radiation, filtration).
• Experience with validation and qualification of systems, machines and processes (CQV standards).
• Communicative proficiency in English.

Required Skills And Experience

• In-depth and practical knowledge of various sterilization and depyrogenation methods (in particular: thermal, gas, chemical, and radiation sterilization, as well as sterilizing filtration).
• Experience working with advanced process equipment, especially autoclaves and isolators.
• Solid knowledge of the validation and qualification of systems, machines, and processes (knowledge of CQV standards).
• Analytical skills focused on engineering problem-solving in clean media environments.
• Communicative proficiency in English.
